lacking of skills...

currently,i just read about an article which relates to IPTA's students it's about

"Kenapa graduan IPTA sukar mencari peluang pekerjaan ?"

and do you know why ???

coz they are lacking of soft skills...

YES, i do agree with the statement...especially for the Malay students...

different with other races, it's not really hard for them to get a job because they have all the criteria needed by an organization...

4 skills that student lacking of are; communication skills, values and ethics, leadership and critical thinking.

semua ni berlaku disebabkan oleh satu perkara and 
that is student 
MALAS  MEMBACA, 
either books or newspapers

tak nak ambil tahu perkembangan semasa sudah jadi satu hal... guna internet pun tidak mahu walaupun informasi di hujung jari...

nak improve penggunaan Bahasa Inggeris jauh sekali... walhal, inilah perkara yang paling asas untuk dipelajari...

student sekarang, score on papers...but, when it comes to communication skill, daripada tiada penyakit gagap, suddenly ada pula...

no self initiative to force themselves to be better at language...

it doesn't mean that we have to neglect our mother tongue but at least put some efforts on it...

don't you think so ???

I'm saying this based on my experience...

I used to tell my friends that English is not really hard, since we had learned from primary school... we just need to have fun & practice...

BUT, all they can just said, " Ko takpe kata senang sebab ko pandai English"...

I didn't say that I am a good speaker, but at least I'm trying to be better...

because

"PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT"
